Delivery

How much does shipping cost to the customer?
We offer free shipping on all orders!

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Are there any countries you don’t ship to?
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. 
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations
● Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
● Russia
● Belarus
● Ecuador
● Cuba
● Iran
● Syria
● North Korea 

[Covid-19] When will I get my order?
Our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts, mugs/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. It’s difficult to predict the shipping times.

Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at spirimals@gmail.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost

Why I’m seeing only part of my order in package that just arrived?
Our partner company packages our products so they get to you safely. Sometimes they even ship things separately due to packaging constraints. If you are only seeing part of your order then don’t worry, other things will follow the safest way possible.

Orders

How are your products made?
Our products are made after the order is received, which helps us avoid overproduction. To apply our graphics to products, we prefer two printing techniques: direct-to-garment printing (DTG) and sublimation printing, together with the cut-and-sew method.
Direct-to-garment printing (DTG) is a digital printing method used to print on clothing. This involves using a special DTG printer that transfers ink directly onto the fabric using an inkjet print head. This process results in a high-quality print with a high level of detail and vibrant colors. DTG printers are capable of printing on a variety of fabrics, including t-shirts and other garments. Our preferred brand of blanks is Stanley/Stella because of their sustainability principles and organic fabrics.
Sublimation printing is a digital printing process that uses heat and pressure to transfer color to different materials. The design is printed on special transfer paper using sublimation inks. The paper is then placed on the fabric and heated with a heat press. The heat turns the inks into a gas and the material absorbs them. As a result, we achieve a permanent and bright print that does not fade or crack over time. The printing process is followed by a cut and sew process, which involves cutting the fabric into pieces and seamstresses sewing these pieces together to create the final garment construction.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at spirimals@gmail.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What to expect when I receive DTG printed product.
When you receive your DTG printed garment, there may be some white marks on the front as a natural part of the printing process.
You may also notice a slight smell. This is from the agent used to help the ink adhere to the fabric.
It is important to wash your new garment before wearing.
Remove all tags, stickers, and wrappers
Turn your garment inside-out and wash it with mild detergent in cold water with like colors.
Tumble dry on low or hang-dry, and you should be all set!”

Returns

14-day right of withdrawal in EU
Pursuant to the European Union e-commerce law, the EU consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded using a means of communication without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products (e.g. the design is personalized according to your wishes) and customers outside of EU. After 14 days, you are generally only entitled to a partial or full refund if the item cannot be repaired or exchanged.

Return and exchange
We offer returns and exchanges if there is something wrong with your order. Please notify us of the issue by contacting us at spirimals@gmail..com and include photos of the incorrect/damaged items and we will resolve the situation.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
As each product is made to order specifically for you, we do not support exchanges for a different size/color. Otherwise, we cannot avoid textile waste from overproduction. Therefore, we kindly ask you to shop responsibly and make a purchase only if you are sure that you want to receive the goods. If you’re not sure which size is best for you, check out our size charts – we have one in the product description section for every item listed in our store. Although rare, it is possible that the product you ordered was mislabeled. If so, please let us know at spiritualals@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order. If this is not your current situation and you are not at all satisfied with the order you received, please let us know. Because we want our artwork to bring joy to our customers, we will help you solve the problem and achieve satisfaction.
